TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Envyix Designs. By accessing or using my services and purchasing my products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

I offer creative services including, but not limited to, branding design & strategy, web design (UI/UX design), custom illustrations, social media content, ad design, marketing & advertising, print design, promo video development, custom graphics design and more! I also sell digital and physical products such as print designs, novelty items, and business-building assets.

2. Orders and Payments

All projects and product purchases must be paid for as agreed upon before delivery. For custom services, a deposit may be required before work begins. Final files or products will not be delivered until full payment is received unless otherwise agreed. All rights to completed projects will transfer to client upon payment paid in full.

3. Revisions and Approval

I provide a limited number of revisions per project, which will be outlined before work begins. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Once you approve a final design, no further changes are included.

4. Turnaround Time

Fast turnaround time is a priority. Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Delays may occur if required materials or feedback are not provided on time.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and necessary materials for your project
  • Ensure you have rights to use any content you supply
  • Review and approve work in a timely manner
  • Make sure to agree and discuss all revisions prior to final design completion.
  • Provide payments promptly when due

I am not responsible for errors in final designs once it has already been approved by client.

6. Intellectual Property

Final designs are transferred to you upon full payment unless otherwise stated. I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

Pre-made products, templates, and digital assets remain the property of Envyix Designs and are licensed for personal or business use only. Resale, redistribution, or modification for resale is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of design services, once a project is started, cancellations are not permitted and all payments are non-refundable once work has begun. For products, refunds or exchanges may be offered at my discretion, depending on the issue. If an item is found non working, due to manufacturer defect, a replacement exchange will be given.

8. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from the misuse of any product purchased or any misuse of my designs, products, or services. You are responsible for how final materials and items are used.

9. Changes to Services or Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of my services indicates acceptance of any changes.
