Refund policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: 11/4/2025

 

At Envyix Designs, I am committed to delivering quality creative services and products. Because of the nature of digital and custom design work, the following policy applies:

1. Custom Design Services

All custom services (including branding, web design, marketing materials & more) are non-refundable once work has started.

  • A deposit is required to begin work and is non-refundable

  • If you cancel before work begins, a refund (excluding any processing fees) may be issued

  • If a project is canceled after work has started, no refunds will be provided

2. Revisions Policy

I provide a set number of revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the final result. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction if revision opportunities have not been used.

3. Digital Products

All digital products (templates, graphics, downloads, business assets, etc) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exceptions include:

  • Files that are defective or unusable

  • Incorrect product delivery

In these cases, I will provide a corrected file or replacement.

4. Physical Products 

For physical items such as printed materials or novelty products:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery 

  • Items must be unused and in original condition 

  • Returns or exchanges are not available for personalized or customized products as they are made-to-order.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact me within 3 days of delivery with what the issue is, photo proof of the issue and your original purchase invoice and/or receipt (via a copy of or photo of).

5. Refund Processing

Any approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Charge Backs

Please contact me first to resolve any issues. Filing a charge back without communication may result in service refusal in the future.

7. Policy Changes

I reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of my services or purchase of products indicates acceptance of any changes.
