COPYRIGHT POLICY

This Copyright Policy outlines the ownership and usage rights of all creative work produced by Envyix Designs. By purchasing services or products, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership of Work

All designs, concepts, drafts, and final deliverables created by Envyix Designs remain my intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights will be transferred as outlined in the project agreement.

2. Transfer of Rights

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • You will receive rights to use the final approved design for personal or business purposes.
  • Full copyright ownership (exclusive rights) is only transferred if explicitly agreed upon in writing.
  • Envyix Designs retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and social media.

3. Usage Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense designs unless full rights have been granted
  • Claim my work as your own creation prior to rights transfer
  • Alter or reuse designs for resale without permission

Pre-made designs, templates, and digital products are licensed, not sold, and remain the property of Envyix Designs.

4. Client-Provided Materials

You retain ownership of any content you provide (such as logos, images, or text). You confirm that you have the legal right to use and share these materials. I am not responsible for any copyright infringement related to client-provided content.

5. Third-Party Assets

Some designs may include licensed fonts, stock images, or other third-party elements. These assets remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licensing terms. It is your responsibility to comply with those licenses if required.

6. Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of my work without permission may result in legal action.

7. Revisions and Unused Concepts

All preliminary designs, drafts, and unused concepts remain the property of Envyix Designs unless otherwise agreed. Only the final approved design is licensed or transferred to you.

8. Policy Updates

I reserve the right to update this Copyright Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
