1. Order Processing

Orders for physical products are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during purchase
- Graphic design & digital projects vary depending on the client. Turnaround times will be discussed at project briefing.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Usually no more than 4-6 business days.

Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Most orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate and USPS Priority.

Any applicable taxes or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer
4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available)
5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout

Envyix Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Envyix Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However feel free to contact me as well and I will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when possible
7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact me within 3 days of delivery with an explanation of the damage, photo evidence of the damage and your original purchase invoice or receipt.

I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund if applicable
8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Envyix Designs
9. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping
