SHIPPING POLICY

At Envyix Designs, I aim to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process for all physical products. Please review the following shipping policy:


1. Order Processing

  • Orders for physical products are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during purchase

  • Graphic design & digital projects vary depending on the client. Turnaround times will be discussed at project briefing.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Usually no more than 4-6 business days.

  • Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Most orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate and USPS Priority.

  • Any applicable taxes or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available)


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout

  • Envyix Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Envyix Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However feel free to contact me as well and I will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when possible


7. Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must contact me within 3 days of delivery with an explanation of the damage, photo evidence of the damage and your original purchase invoice or receipt.

  • I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund if applicable


8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Envyix Designs


9. Digital Products

  • Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping

  • No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases
